Again, you're comparing an essay on foreign policy to the side of a fucking sandwich truck... but I concluded that any action taken against churchill should be the doing of his department or the university.
...are they both about free speech? Who makes you God and Master in determing which speech is "worthy" of protection? Personally I don't care what Ward said in terms of an actionable event. I do care that he fakes his creditionals by checking the box marked "Native American" on his application and that he plagarized and breached copyrights. That is why he should be fired.
This is like when you tried to tell me campus papers were obligated to run every add they received. The sandwich truck's right to free speech doesn't supplant the school's right to control their campus.
Christ, you get dumber every time I interact with you. Are you huffing paint? I never said papers were required to run every ad, you freaking liar. In fact I said that editorial review was allowable but that because a Univeristy is publicly funded it has a duty to be balanced in its review.
